What is the difference between the Alpha Platform and Alpha Apps?
The Alpha Platform is the core — data layer, AI, workflows, security and APIs. Alpha Apps are the modular applications installed on it (CRM, Ledger, Inventory, Employees and so on). You choose the apps; the platform is what makes them work as one system.
Is Alpha an ERP?
Alpha covers the ground an ERP covers — finance, operations, sales, people — but it is built as an operating system rather than a monolith. Apps are switched on individually, workflows and Genie AI automate across them, and the platform scales without a re-implementation project.
What is Genie AI?
