How long does it take to get started with Alpha?
Alpha is set up in four steps: install the Alpha Apps you need, define workflows in the visual builder, import existing data via CSV or API, and switch on Genie AI agents. Apps install into the same core, so there is no integration project between them.
Do I need developers to configure workflows?
No. Workflows are defined in a visual builder with rules such as "if a quote is above 10k, require CFO approval" — no code required. The Alpha Platform API is available when engineering does want to extend the system.
How does existing data get into Alpha?
