It holds one real-time stock position across every warehouse and sales channel, so stockouts and overstocking caused by stale counts stop happening. Barcode scanning, reorder-point automation and drop-shipping support are built in, and it shares records with Alpha POS and Alpha Purchase.

Does Alpha Inventory support multiple warehouses?
Yes. Stock is tracked per location with transfers between them, and reports show both the per-warehouse and the consolidated position.
Can it reorder stock automatically?
Yes. Set a reorder point and quantity per item and Alpha Inventory raises the purchase order in Alpha Purchase when stock falls below it.
Does it support barcode scanning?
Yes. Barcodes are used for receiving, picking, counting and POS checkout.
Does Alpha Inventory share data with the other Alpha Apps?
Yes. Every Alpha App runs on the same data layer, so Alpha Inventory reads and writes the same customers, products, people and ledger entries as POS, Purchase and Ledger. Nothing is exported, imported or synced — a record updated in one app is already current in the rest.
