A candidate hired in Alpha Recruit becomes an employee record without re-entry, and the same record is the source of truth for Alpha Expenses and Approvals.
Does Alpha Employees share data with the other Alpha Apps?
Yes. Every Alpha App runs on the same data layer, so Alpha Employees reads and writes the same customers, products, people and ledger entries as Recruit, Expenses and Approvals. Nothing is exported, imported or synced — a record updated in one app is already current in the rest.
